Sastojci

Potrebno je:

  • 1 kg svinjskog mesa (sa kostima,iznutricama)
  • 3 vekike glavice crnog luka
  • 3 velike kašike mlevene slatke paprike
  • 1 kašičice mlevenog kima
  • 1 kašičica mlevenog bibera
  • malo masti

Priprema

  1. Crni luk iseckati na kockice i staviti da se dinsta na malo masti.
  2. Kada se luk omekšao, dodamo svinjso meso, slatku papriku, biber, doliti vode da pokrije meso i ostaviti da se kuva.
  3. Kade je već meso skoro omekšalo, dodati krompir, mleveni kim i nastaviti da kuvate.
  4. Uz gotov paprikaš obavezno služiti kiseli kupus kao prilog. Prijatno!
