Sastojci

Potrebno je:

  • 450 g povrća - Kineska mešavina
  • 1 veći komad pilećeg belog mesa
  • 1 šolja pirinča

Za sos:

  • 5 kašika soja sosa
  • 2 kašičice meda
  • 1 kašičica ljuto tucane paprike
  • 1 kašičica suvog biljnog začina
  • 1 prstohvat origana
  • 1 kašika maslinovog ulja

Priprema

  1. Prvo iseći na kockice belo meso pa ga prepržiti na malo ulja. Kada dobije boju, dodati kinesku mešavinu i dinstati 10-ak minuta.
  2. Za to vreme napraviti sos: sipati soja sos, med, ulje, tucanu papriku, origano, suvi biljni začin sve zajedno dobro sjediniti. Kada se meso izdinstata, preliti ga sa ovim sosom i dinstati još 3-4 minuta. Za sve to vreme u posebnu šerpu skuvati pirinač. U vodu sipati malo ulja, posoliti i dodati pirinač (ja ga ovako kuvam, bude rastresit) na kraju, kada je kuvan operem ga u hladnoj vodi.
